If you own a business and you need to involve several people, all in different areas, there are several ways to get everyone together. One way is to fly everyone out to a great location, pay for hotel, meals and whatever one may require a meeting. However, there is an alternative more cost effective. This is called video Conferencing. In this way everyone can see the same presentation, but do not have it, especially all the people in the room. Because you can save lots of money in this way allows you to use more concrete tools you encounter.
